Exchange, Return & Warranty Policies

We try to make returns easy for our customers - please e-mail us if you have any questions. Our Returns/RMA Department can be reached via this RMA form.

You must obtain return instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) documentation from our RMA department before returning any merchandise. Your return needs to be sent to our Warehouse in Korea, not to our offices in different countries, so please obtain authorization first. Any refused or returned package due to incorrect address issues will be automically returned back.  Please make sure to include the completed RMA form, and the correct address when returning items.

Our Return/Exchange Policy

• Return eligibility is based on the date of the post-mark on the package (when the package was shipped out of our warehouse). Packages returning defective products must be post-marked within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund of item price.
• Defective products can be returned for a refund of the full purchase price (including shipping).
• Should you need to return any unopened product within 30 days from the date of shipment, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee is assessed if the merchandise is not defective, is ordered by mistake, is simply no longer desired, or is incompatible with your hardware etc. Please click here to request the appropriate RMA forms needed to return your items.
• No returns accepted if damage to products is due to customer negligence or improper handling.

Our Warranty Policy

• All products are backed by the original manufacturer's warranty.
• If for some reason you purchase a product from EVERLABS.com and find the product defective within 30 days, you may exchange it for a new one using our return/exchange policy through EVERLABS.com
• If the product becomes defective after the manufacturer warranty expires, you may return your product to us in exchange for a similar item.

Substitution Policy   

Here at EVERLABS, we always try our best to fill your order exactly as you placed it. However, in an effort to get your order to you fast and on time, certain measures will be taken by our staff to ensure satisfaction. Items depicted on this site are for illustrative purposes only. The pictures are not meant to be feature specific, and should not be taken as exact of the item. We try to keep our website as accurate as possible, however misprints can occur. We do this by collecting data on our products directly from the manufacturer. Occasionally the data listed by the manufacturer reflects a revision already made, or a revision not yet available. This is beyond our ability to anticipate. We stand 100% behind all products you receive from us so all warranties and satisfaction guarantees still apply. We will refund your money or replace your product in any event that you are not fully satisfied. Substitution situations do not happen very often, but when they do, we will try to contact the customer before shipping, although it may not always be possible. Substitution will be done with items that are of equal specification, quality, brand and price whenever possible. If there is a price difference, EVERLABS will refund the difference and pass the savings on to you.
